Batch Cooking and Baking Saves a LOT of Time and Adds a LOT of Convenience

Yeah.. I know I'm odd.. but I have fun being odd.. and like sharing.. cuz if others catch it too, it may become the 'norm' and then none of us will be odd?

I tend to cook and bake in batches whenever I can. It's more work, in one sense, but the thought of having only one set up and clean up for a LOT of meals or treats beats multiple sessons of setting up and cleaning up.....
In this section I'm going to try to lay out how I do some of the batch cooking and baking recipes that I do, to give you a start on how to set up your own system. Once you get into it you might be pretty amazed at how much time it saves in the long run.. and the convenience of having stuff just ready to grab to heat up for a meal, without taking time to cook it all, is priceless.
